Phase 2 - planned extensions to the hall
Plans were drawn up for two extensions to the village hall to provide much needed extra storage and also an extended seating area on the main hall. Since the hall had only just been finished and completion certificate not yet been issued, Phase 2 could be considered an amendment to the original build. As such, it will give a considerable cost saving, compared with doing it in a year’s time for example.
The extensions were completed in autumn 2008 and are now in full use, giving much needed extra seating space for functions as well as essential storage space.
